3AF Annual General Meeting on June 26, 2024

Dear 3AF members,

Our next Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm, in the Salle des Fêtes of the Mairie du XVème arrondissement de Paris (31, rue Péclet, 75015 Paris).

The General Meeting will be followed by the presentation of the 3AF 2024 Awards from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and a cocktail reception.

All information relating to the Annual General Meeting will be available on the 3AF website, www.3af.fr. The agenda, draft resolutions and related documents will be available online from Friday June 7, 2024.

If you are unable to attend in person, you will have the opportunity to consult the documentation and vote online (from June 7, 2024), or to appoint a proxy to represent you at the Meeting.

Any questions you would like to see included on the agenda must be sent by post five weeks before the Meeting to the 3AF head office (6 rue Galilée, 75116 Paris), i.e. by noon on Monday May 27, 2024 at the latest.

To vote, the 3AF 2024 membership fee must have been paid. I therefore encourage you, if necessary, to visit our website www.3af.fr, where you can pay your dues online. You can also pay by cheque (to be sent to the 3AF head office).
