The Ile-de-France group of the Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France (3AF), in partnership with the "Centre" group of 3AF and the Groupement des Ingénieurs et Cadres Supérieurs de l'Aviation Civile (GIACRE), invites you to a conference on THE ELECTRICITY NETWORKAND STORAGE.

This conference will be presented by Jean-Paul Hulot, a retired CEA engineer and member of the Société Française d'Énergie Nucléaire (SFEN 91) and Sauvons Le Climat (SLC).

Summary : Electricity transmission and distribution networks are an essential link in the power system. What are their characteristics and constraints?The integration of intermittent renewable energies - wind and photovoltaic - into the electricity production system requires an efficient electricity storage system. What are the current and future solutions for electrical energy storage?

Please note the start time of the conference: 6pm instead of the usual 6:30pm.

The conference is free and open to all, but registration is recommended so that we can contact you should a change in date or time be necessary (Covid or other).
