CEFT 2026 conference

Expertise: how can the Expert be enriched by AI?

EXPERTISE / A date to remember

Following the success of the first two symposiums held at the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace in Paris Le Bourget: "Tomorrow's transport: which engineers for such ambitions? "in January 2024, and "Transmission agile du savoir: quelles méthodes pour une telle ambition? ", in February 2025, the organizers are delighted to invite you to a third edition:

"Expertise: how can the Expert be enriched by AI? "

So, we're giving you a new date at the Musée de l'Air et l'Espace:

Thursday, February 5, 2026.

Save the date in your diary and tell your friends and colleagues: students, teachers, researchers, industrialists, HR... They're all involved, whatever their sector of activity.

This event will be " The 3rd CEFT symposium at Le Bourget. It will enable us to continue to address a wide range of themes around "Knowledge, Expertise, Training and Transmission", essential subjects for the future of all our industries and for the involvement of the younger generations entering their professional lives.

Expertise is the intellectual capital of companies. It is essential for differentiation, innovation and leadership. It is based not only on patents, but also on the know-how of each individual, with their experience and dexterity, from journeymen to engineers. The people most critical to safeguarding and disseminating this knowledge internally are the company's experts.

The arrival of Generative AI cannot be overlooked; it will bring about a major change in knowledge management within companies. Generative AI, which is open to all, will provide a wealth of information and proposals, particularly concerning the past and the competition. However, within each company, a "proprietary" AI is essential and must be put in place to protect "its" Expertise. It will be the company's safe.

Many questions will be addressed during this symposium: what is the structure of these proprietary AIs? How will they be set up, managed and secured? And, very importantly, how will Experts be intimately involved, to enrich their companies and pass on this knowledge to new generations?

As in previous years, there will be plenty of opportunity for discussion and exchange, with representatives of the various generations and functions involved in this capitalization of knowledge for all our industries expressing their points of view.
