In a videoconference morning session, experts presented the principles and challenges of Collaborative Decision Making (CDM), an essential element in the day-to-day management of flight operations. The session highlighted the role of the various players involved - airlines, airport managers, air traffic control - as well as that ofEurocontrol, a key partner in the regulation of European air traffic.
