A BOOK PUBLISHED BY THE AERODYNAMICS COMMISSION

The 3AF Aerodynamics Commission has just published a new book entitled " Aérodynamique Propulsive", published by Éditions Cépaduès .

This 544-page book is the result of the collective work of Philippe Reijasse, Gérard Laruelle, Pierre Grenson and its initiator Jean Délery. It is aimed at science students, engineering students in the energy and fluid mechanicscanics, engineers, researchers, teachers and technicians working in the fields of aerodynamics, aeronautics and astronautics. It will also be of interest to anyone interested in propulsion aerodynamics.

The book is divided into four sections. The first introductory section recalls the fundamentals of gas dynamics and the propulsive effect. The other three sections deal with applications of air intakes, nozzles and aftershafts, each of which gives ample space to the physical description of the phenomena involved.

The book, published on behalf of 3AF, is available on the Cépaduès website via the link: https://www.cepadues.com/livres/sciences/mecanique-physique/1811-aerodynamique-propulsive-9782383952169.html
