One year after webinar 2 on UAP observables (UAP) 3AF SIGMA2, SIGMA2 repeats with the next webinar on observables and observation techniques in July 2025.

We remind you that these Webinars focus mainly on scientific approaches to NAP observables and observing techniques. They are meetings of international experts from different disciplines, joined by former civilian and military pilots, some of whom have witnessed UAP sightings. These experts come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including French state and private laboratories, as well as foreign university research laboratories.

We would like to point out that we naturally included the participation of GEIPAN, represented by its director. GEIPAN is the French institution reporting to CNES, in charge of official investigations into UFOs in France.

We are also very honored to have had the participation of Mr. Alain Juillet, senior expert in economic intelligence and security, who hasconomic intelligence and security, who in the past held the position of senior adviser to the French Prime Minister on economic intelligence. His participation in the introduction to the webinar, as well as in the international round table with its diverse make-up, was an asset in discussing international issues.
