Dear Member,
I am pleased to inform you that the next Ordinary General Meeting of 3AF will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, at the Mairie du XVème arrondissement de Paris, 31 rue Péclet, 75015 Paris.
For those unable to attend, votes can be cast online until the day before the Annual General Meeting.
The AGM agenda, draft resolutions and associated documents will be posted on the 3AF website, and voting will open no later than Friday June 20, 2025.
Any questions you would like to see placed on the agenda for the Meeting must be submitted on the website (and/or communicated to the Chairman) no later than five weeks before the Meeting, i.e. by noon on Wednesday June 4, 2025.
As the Board of Directors is up for renewal, you are invited to apply for the position of Director.
To do so, you must be up to date with your 2025 membership fee, and your application must include a CV mentioning your possible role within the association, as well as a letter of motivation specifying the aims sought through a possible election (cf. article 14 of the by-laws).
In accordance with the current Articles of Association, this renewal will be carried out by college. In this respect, please refer to articles 5 of the bylaws and 14 to 17 of the internal regulations.
Your application must be sent to the President of the association by post, to the association's postal address, or by email to gestionmembres@3af.fr no later than noon on Wednesday June 4, 2025.
The list of candidates will be published on the website dedicated to this Meeting, and voting will be open from Friday June 20 to Tuesday July 7, 2025 at noon.
To take part in the votes, the 3AF 2025 membership fee must have been paid. I therefore encourage you, if necessary, to visit our website www.3af.fr, where you can pay your dues online. You can also pay by cheque.
Finally, I would like to inform you that this Annual General Meeting will be followed by a cocktail reception.
Yours sincerely
Jean François COUTRIS
General Secretary
