AREAS OF EXPERTISE
The Commission Technique Aviation Légère was born of the passion of its founding members for gliders, hang-gliders, paragliders, parachutes, ULMs, hot-air balloons, airships, kites, etc., and their admiration for historic aircraft because of their visionary character and simplicity. By extension, the commission is interested in ground-effect aircraft, air-cushion vehicles, sailboats, hydrofoils, wind turbines, light land vehicles, as well as airplanes propelled by hydrogen.ronefs powered by non-fossil energy sources (e.g. solar power), and new marine or land vehicle projects that stand out for their efficiency.
ACTIVITIES
- Disseminate and share knowledge through writings, editorials and meetings;
- Visits, aerial activity discovery sessions, technical projects, commemorative projects.
CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP OF THE LIGHT AVIATION AND RELATED MACHINES COMMISSION
All applications formembership of the Light Aviation and Related Machines Technical Committee are subject to payment of the annual 3AF membership fee.
